4.1. Brief Synopsis:
Participant 1 (PAR1, AFSAS Person 1) slipped while walking down stairs lacerating his head and losing concussions. W1 received 2 days quarters for his injuries.
4.2. Sequences of Events:
PAR1 was walking down a flight of wooden stair only wearing a pair of socks holding a blanket in his arms. As PAR1 started to walk down his foot slipped sending him head first down approximently12 steps knocking him unconscious. PAR1 woke to a laceration on his head bleeding severely. PAR1 then contacted medical emergency services where he was taken to an on base medical facility and received eight sutures on the head and give two days quarters. 4.3. Investigation and Analysis:
