INTRODUCTION:
This case involves an unknown suspect(s) smashing open the victim’s driver side rear vehicle window, and stealing items from inside, in violation of PC 459-Vehicle Burglary.
LOCATION:
The location is the level 1B parking lot, located west of the T.J. Maxx store located at 455 S. Lake Avenue.

• A Michael Kors purse (white and beige in color and worth $185.00) which contained: $985.00 in US currency, a light brown Coach Wallet (worth $280.00), a Macy’s credit card, two California driver’s license and a Blue Cross insurance card.

On 03-28-16 at approximately 1106 hours, Manoukian parked her vehicle in the level 1B parking lot, located west of the T.J. Maxx store located at 455 S. Lake Avenue. Manoukian locked her vehicle before heading into work.
On 03-28-16 at approximately 1728 hours, Manoukian returned to her vehicle and saw that an unknown suspect(s) smashed open the driver side rear window with an unknown object. Manoukian saw that the suspect(s) left the rear window laying across the rear passenger seat.
Manoukian looked inside of the vehicle and saw the suspect(s) stole her, Michael Kors purse (white and beige in color and worth $185.00) which was left underneath the driver’s seat. The purse contained, $985.00 in US currency, a light brown Coach Wallet (worth $280.00), a Macy’s credit card, two California driver’s license, a Blue Cross insurance card, Brown Ray-ban Sunglasses (worth $150.00), Black Ray-ban Sunglasses (worth $160.00), a gold bottle of Chanel Perfume (worth $130.00), a black bottle of Opium perfume (worth $120.00) and a White gold necklace crucifix with a diamond (worth
