INTRODUCTION:
This case involved Veronica Prudente being a danger to herself and others. Pasadena Paramedics #31 (PFD) transported Prudente to the Huntington Memorial Hospital Emergency Room, where she was placed on a WIC 5585 hold.
INVESTIGATION:
On 12-13-17 at approximately 1750 hours, I responded to the above location regarding a mental health evaluation. PPD Dispatch was advised that a female Hispanic, later identified as Prudente, was having a mental breakdown, throwing furniture and being aggressive with DCFS staff members.
Upon my arrival, I met with DCFS Children Social Worker III Jamie Voll and she told me the following information: Prudente was reportedly being evaluated by DCFS in regards to an alleged sexual abuse investigation,
