Victor Torres is a 49 year old Hispanic male with moderate IDD, Schizoaffective disorder, Childhood Traumatic Brain injury, Obesity, Mixed Hyperlipidemia, Metabolic Syndrome, Hypothyroidism, and Prediabetes.
