It was a lovely morning, the grass was as green as the little green frog that sat at the lake, the sky was as blue as the ocean and the sun smiling down on to the little town called Athens.
Inside that small town there was a small village called. Outside u could hear the screams of boys playing football and girls playing skipping and hopscotch.
In that small village there was a girl called Cassandra smith, she is 24 yrs old and Wednesday was her favourite day. Cassandra is much organised but she doesn’t play games involving fortune telling, skipping or strings of any kind she also doesn’t watch television very often but she is very adventurous.
It was another sunny day, Cassandra was outside walking through the gardens, looking over to her right, she then sees a shadow following her. Frightened as she was, she was curious to know who or what it could be.
She realised that the slower she walked, the slower the shadow became, and it was at that precise point when Cassandra turned around and ran towards the shadow, and to her surprise it was Apollo, God of Sun!!
“What are you doing here?” she asks angrily.
“Please Cassandra, I need to speak to you” he replies, with hope that just once, Cassandra will give him a chance, just one chance.
“I have nothing left to say, please now leave, if the guards see you, they will come after you and lock you up in the dungeon”.
“I will go the ends of the earth for you, I do not fear the dungeon. So you do care? If you have feelings for me, please, I ask of you, I will never let anyone harm you ever you are so kind and so beautiful” Apollo waited with hope in his eyes.
“I am sorry but no and that is my last answer!!” Cassandra turns around and starts to walk towards her castle. Apollo runs behind her to catch, but then sees the guards running towards him, and runs away.
Ever since that day Apollo was furious he was so angry he placed a curse on her for the power to predict the future but also ensured that nobody would
