Anxiety is defined as a nervous disorder characterized by a state of excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behavior, or panic attacks. Anyone can define anxiety in our own way, but do really any of us understand how its caused? Maybe you suffer from anxiety or maybe have seen others you know suffer. For the longest time, anxiety was only seen to be suffered by adults, because they were the ones under the most stress with bills and providing for their families.
