One of the top situations amongst the world is bullying. Bullying can be described as aggressive actions brought onto others both mentally and physically. It is a word commonly heard in work places, on social media, and largely in schools. A common cause of bullying is the at home environment of a person that may consist of abuse, financial problems, or a lack of discipline. A lot of people turn to bullying to find a way to cope with problems they are having at home. Around two out of five children have to deal with having an abusive parent or being abused by someone at home. Being abused will bring about a change that could result in the bullying of others; sometimes in the same manner of how they are being abused. When a person is being abused they start to feel less about their self and feel weak. Bullying makes them feel as though they have power. Anger also has to deal with why a person may bully. There is so much anger built in them, that they feel as though picking on others and making them feel inferior can help release some of the anger building up. Trying to cope with abuse happening at home can often lead to horrible outcomes. A person may turn to substances as way to deal with their problems. When a person is being bullied they start to develop low self-esteem and questioning their actions and the actions brought upon them. Being bullied can also make victims believe that they are the problem and start to form false accusations about themselves. Some victims even develop sleeping problems because of the fears they have gained from a bully attacking them. Having sleeping problems can eventually result in a decline of mental and physical health. Probably the worst effect bullying can have on a victim is the contemplation of suicide or committing
