I picked the Chaco side-necked turtle because I’m so fascinated how its neck is on the side. I’ve never seen this type of turtle before, I guess that’s why they’re endangered .I’ve always seen turtles with a regular neck but never this one. I find this turtle very unique from the others.

For example, maybe make an exhibit in all zoos so they can be safe. At least we can still do that to the ones that are still alive. Another thing we can do is to stop cutting down trees in the forest or to stop destroying them. That’s what I at least think.
Aside from the animals, the people can benefit from my proposed solution, because there’s probably some people that actually care about those turtles, or like them. It would hurt to see them without a habitat and that they were endangered. They could even help to make habitats or to protest against deforestation, just so they can be safe and well.
These types of turtles are found in the water and sometimes come up to the land for a short period of time. They are in flooded low land of the dry shrub forest, even in lagoons and ponds. Their waters might be getting contaminated or destroyed that’s why they are endangered. They keep losing any little habitat they have or ever existed for them.
