Bowles received his BA in psychology and MA in history from the University of Akron, his PhD in the history of technology from Case Western Reserve University, and his MBA in technology management from the University of Phoenix. He has written many books on various subjects, from space, education, medicine, and polymers. Dr. Bowles is Professor of History at American Military University. In the book “Chains of Opportunity” the author describes the makeup and usage of polymers and the evolution of material which are being produced in laboratories.
