It's spotted when he meets the Ghost of Christmas Past. When he see Fezziwig he says something that gives us a little clue that he is starting to change. He says “I wish I could talk to my apprentice.” He says this after seeing how great his old boss, Fezziwig, was. He also shows signs that he’s changing when he is with the Ghost of Christmas Present. The clue that shows us he is changing is when he says “There cheering for me.” He says this after seeing Cratchit and Fred cheer for his health. This shows that Scrooge starts to realize that people care about him so he will start to care back. Scrooge may have been a selfish and disrespectful person but he is starting to change and if he stays on this path then he will change.
In the play, Scrooge starts to transform and by the end, he is a new and happier Scrooge. One of the ghost that help him change is The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come is a dark cloth that has a hand coming and out and no other body part is shown. The ghost’s intent is to help Scrooge change into a better person. Scrooge final changes, what caused him to do it was that Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come showed him his grave which changes him. Scrooge’s transformation was all because the ghost he met, which made him change and become the way he is
