Chapter twelve, “A Case Study: Exploring Mindreading,” by Jose Bermudez best illustrates just how much cognitive neuroscience is an interdisciplinary field. Bermudez combined philosophy, psychology, and neuroscience to explore the theory of mindreading and its connection to pretend play and metarepresentation.
