What skills do you think Salva used to survive? The traits Salva used to survive is positive attitude, mental toughness and motivation.
Salva used positive attitude because he keeps going without knowing if his family is died or not and this allowed him to keep going and to help other lost boys and to find his father. Salva left his country to have a better life but he didn't forget about the people in his country. Salva helped clean the water in his country for the people because the water was making people sick. Salva’s dad got sick from the water that made him come back to the country.
