Learning Team Goals
(May include project assignment goals, group process goals, quality level goals, etc.)
Suzi - Our goals are to communicate effectively, separate the project by strengths, and anticipate potential problems. By doing this, and working together as a team, we plan on completing each assignment well before the deadline. This means having a draft of the final assignment ready at least 24 hours before due date so that team members can review, and the final product is delivered on time. Another goal is the sharing of ideas to absorb as much knowledge from the class as possible.
What are potential barriers to the achievement of these goals?
Suzi: Life happens, we are all in this team together, and keeping the team updated in your doings is appreciated and helpful. Time management is vital to keeping everyone up to date and not waiting for other team members. One team member is in South Korea, so managing communication will be vital.
