The words Checks and Balances sounds same like debits and credits to me. In an accounting journal, debits should always be equal to credits. If they are not equal to each other, it means there are some mistakes in the accounting transactions which need to be fixed. It is easy to describe Checks and Balances in such a way. However, Checks and Balances is a system that can consider at federal or national level. It is the way to safeguard that no any individual or group of people has complete authority over decisions. The presence of Checks and Balances within the organization or society prevents any single person or any particular department from having too much power to make changes. Therefore, it is very important to have Checks and Balances system within the society, organization, or government.
One of the great things in the government of the United States that there is a proper Checks and Balances system exists, so no any person or department can make decisions without any consensus or compromise. In other words, an individual or department is not supposed to use its powers which is against the interest

The US President is elected by the entire country, and serves the country for four years. There is no doubt that US President elected by the people of the US, but there are some limitations to the power of the US President. What are the limits to the powers? The authors of the constitution specified the US president will serve the people and the states as an enforcer of laws written by the congress, rather than rule to the constitutional government. The founding fathers clearly described the roles of the US President in Article II. The US President is the commander and chief of the US armed forces, author of foreign treaties, veto for federal legislation, and the appointer of federal officials including judges. In simple words, the US president has no power to make the laws, but he/she enforces the
