I am a food lover, and often enjoy eating in an American restaurant. I have tried multiple types of restaurants, but what intrigues me the most is Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. Cheddars was founded in 1979 by Aubrey Good and Doug Rogers. The restaurant has more than 163 company-owned and franchise locations. Though there are quite a few Cheddar’s locations, the Cheddar’s located in Tulsa, Oklahoma on East 71st Street is the one I prefer. Cheddar’s is a dining establishment with traditional and modern aesthetic. The restaurant operates at 10:30a.m. to 11p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, and 10:30a.m. to 12a.m. on Friday through Saturday. I find pleasure in eating at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen because of its delicious food, attentive service, and modern atmosphere.
Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen has a variety of delicious entrées to choose from. Whenever I go, I always try something different because I have never run into anything I did not like. When eating in a restaurant some people like to start off with an appetizer. Cheddar’s are famous for their Santé Fe spinach dip, which is one of my favorites. Walking into the restaurant, it automatically catches your eye. You would not expect it to look so nice. Upon entering, you can see that it has plenty of tables. The tables are wooden and are set up nicely with wrapped silverware and menus. You can choose from a booth, regular, or a high chair table. When sitting at a table, you will notice that there is a different type of plant on the side of each one. If someone is sitting in the middle of the restaurant, and they look up, they will notice their unique ceiling fans and a huge fish tank filled with many types of fish. Then once you look over your shoulder, you will see the bar and all the different types of alcoholic drinks. They also play light music in the background to help calm the
