I found this sentence humorous because the author, David Bouchier, is ridiculing how cheerleaders are scattered everywhere. They create loud noises and are dangerous to be near. Bouchler hopes there will be a fence with a warning sign in order to contain the cheerleaders in one specific area. By doing this, it keeps the people safe and himself safe from being trampled to death.
