SPECIFIC PURPOSE: I would like to inform my audience on how to make cheesecake from scratch.
PRIMARY AUDIENCE OUTCOME: I want my audience to be able to go home and feel confident that they could bake a cheesecake themselves no matter their background with cooking or baking.
THESIS STATEMENT: Baking a cheesecake is easy with a few simple ingredients and easy to follow directions.
