Over the years there has been many arguments on weather or not child soldiers should be given amnesty. The evidence is shown, child soldiers should not be forgiven because of the horrible acts they have made and committed, because they are extremely dangerous, and because of their personality and backgrounds they will not be able to control themselves. It is very clear, that child soldiers should not be receive amnesty.

Child soldiers. They are the perfect type of soldier. Small, quicker, faster, they don’t question orders, and they won’t break. This is why they are targeted for recruitment. These kids are so frightening they have major impacts on people. An article that talked about the specifics of how dangerous these soldiers were said this, “Each time I was around them I felt one step away from death. One wrong move and they can turn from innocent-looking children to killers.” (koinage) This statement shows how scary these kids can be. For someone to feel this uneasy about being around a kid and have that big of an impression made just by being in the presence of a kid shows how scary these soldiers can be. People that have had a first hand experience of these kids know just how dangerous these kids are and they know that they must be careful, but some people don’t know this. The same article interviewed a peacekeeper that said, "We're the men; they're merely children. Even in war, they have to respect that," the peacekeeper said.” (Koinage) This statement made by the peacekeeper is false. People know what these kids are capable of and the fact of age means nothing. Child soldiers aren’t going to be intimidated by people bigger than them, they are trained assassins and very dangerous human beings and will not hesitate to make the decision of taking a life of a human. The same article interviewed a camera crew that has been attacked by a group of Child soldiers. The article said, “They asked about the other crew and were told one of them had been killed, another had a bullet in his head and had been driven to the military hospital, and the third had come through unscathed.” (koinage) This is damage done by the Child soldiers and flat out states one of the horrible acts Child soldiers have committed. Children this dangerous should not be given a second chance, it’s extremely risky for people around them. Clearly, Child soldiers are very dangerous to society and the quote tells us how harmful these kids can be. This is another reason to argue that Child Soldiers
