Childhood immunization has been a topic of great controversy universally, even before it became required to vaccinate, for the reason that many individuals believe that vaccines cause more damage than do actual good. Through the years it became evident that being vaccinated at an early age can essentially be beneficial to your health and your bank account. Therefore, illuminating the impression that childhood vaccinations might be beneficial in the prevention of deadly diseases.
Vaccines are intended to help the body defend itself from infectious diseases and build an aversion for these diseases. A recent study by Younger, Younger and Guttmacher (2016:1036) on childhood vaccinations, presented that vaccines are eradicating deadly diseases such as smallpox, paralytic poliomyelitis, as well as Hepatitis B world-wide. Some of the popular reasons these individuals use for not getting vaccinated or having their children vaccinated is that they belief that vaccines cause other disorders such as autism (Dachs, Darby-Stewart & Graber,2010:590).
