In the story children of manzanar , by Heather C. Lindaquist. How life was back then with children and family different cultures. Arriving at manzanar the children attented classes families created makeshift homes and many adults worked as cooks. Life was very different and some suffered and had it hard for most of them. The children and teens ganged together. The kids didn’t see their kitchen ,stove a bathtub a family dinner or even a backyard for almost 2 years. Some family were separated most of them weren’t together. When kids the first 3 months of its operation manzanar offered children no formal schooling.
