On 12/19/15 I contacted Steven Barton at his residence at 9100 Noble Road. Mr. Barton said on this date his son, Christopher Barton, became angry with him because Mr. Barton refused to give Christopher 50 cents for a pack of cigarettes. Mr. Barton said he and Christopher began to argue and at some point during the argument Christopher grabbed Mr. Barton by his arms and pushed him into a side table in their living room; breaking the table and knocking Mr. Barton to the ground. Mr. Barton said Christopher then threatened to kill him. Mr. Barton said that Christopher suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and has not been taking his medication properly. Mr. Barton said due to Christopher's actions and what he said during their confrontation,
