Executive Summary:
Dr. Andrew Knox, the client, is the manager of CLEAResult. The company is an energy service provider that focuses on two main purposes: assigning Energy Managers to consult other Energy Managers to train them and reviewing government incentive applications from clients.

The client needs a design that modifies the display of any information available to employees in a way that is easy to process and reduce the number of directions the Manager has to communicate directly to them. Some measures have already been implemented to increase the efficiency of the office and reduce the number of mistakes from the employees’ side, such as a whiteboard that is updated daily with new data. 4.0 Service Environment
The section below describes CLEAResult’s office environment, with a focus on the features of the current implemented design which can be taken into consideration when creating the design. The physical, and virtual environment will be looked at with emphasis on the .
4.1 Physical Environment
The client’s office is located in Downtown Toronto, with the address: 393 University Avenue, CLEAResult Office.

The CLEAResult office is separated into three regions: one for each of their main clients (Hydro One, Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, and the Independent Electricity System Operator). Since the same design will be implemented in each region, only one will be taken into consideration when analyzing the service environment. [Appendix I]
