The patient was hospitalized for pneumonia and recurrent/relapsing Clostridium Difficile Colitis. The patient was also present with hypertension, altered mental status, dehydration, fever, and hyponatremia.

Morphine impacted the patient’s ability to perform, due to the patient feeling foggy and tired.
