TASK: You have been asked to prepare an essay on the changing role of the Human Resource Department.
The ESSAY
This should include the following:
ABSTRACT (5 marks) (300 words)
This should include a brief statement of the objectives and conclusions written in a way to attract the reader.
INTRODUCTION (15 Marks) (900 words)
Thus should include the objectives of the work and the principle research methods’
DISCUSSION/ LITERATURE REVIEW / CRITICAL ANALYSIS (55 marks) (4000 words)
