Cocaine, Marijuana, Heroin and Ecstasy are 4 of the most commonly used illegal drugs used among people. All drugs might not be known to people other than by these four names but there is, so many common names given to these 4 drugs.
Cocaine is also known as; Bag of white, patsy, coke and Charlie. Cocaine is a very powerful and addictive stimulant drug it is made from cocoa leaves and has many stages it must go through. While heroin is one of the most commonly used drugs it is said to be the most dangerous of them all. It appears as a white or brown powder or a black sticky substance. Heroin is an opioid drug made from morphine taken from a seed pod of opium plants. Heroin can be sniffed, snorted, injected or smoked. Many heroin users mix heroin with crack cocaine which is known as speed balling. Some of the health effects of heroin are nausea, vomiting, insomnia, collapsed veins for people who inject it, liver and kidney disease, depression, anti-functional behaviour, sexual dysfunction for men and irregular menstrual cycles for women. Heroin is very highly addictive.
Ecstasy is also known as; pills, yokes and pingers. Ecstasy is taken orally as a tablet or a capsule. Ecstasy appears as a tablet form in loads of different colours and shapes, it is a man-made drug made in a lab and the makers may add other things such as caffeine or cocaine. Some of the side effects of ecstasy are chills or sweating, blurred vision, false sense of affection, confusion, paranoia and nausea.
