A young 11 year old boy was moved from home as the result of neglectful,alcoholic parents. It was a lot of confusion and frustration. His name is Gary. Gary was an outgoing young boy who would ride pings,fight chickens,ride horses and shoot guns and he messed with a cow. In the book page 21 it said “Come on let's go get the cows.” That is why I feel like he is outgoing.”By the time I was 11 I had stayed with several uncles and my grandmother and an old norwegian”.I found him mentally strong for having alcoholic parents.It was funny on page 70 it said “I saw Harris never one to waste an opportunity and I hit one of the pigs on the side of the snout and swing up in to the saddle”.
