I wish to contribute my perspective and represent not only the Salvadorans, but the immigration community in such manners. Leonhardt highlights that the harsh decision of removing the TPS from Salvadorans would affect families and work areas around the country. I agree with Leonhardt’s statement; I know family members and friends whom will be affected by the removal of the TPS, and it’s sad to acknowledge that in a few months their goals and dreams will vanish. All the hard work, sweat and dedication will all crumble as it was just a dream and nothing more.
