1.3 explain why it is important to observe an individual’s reactions when communicating with them. If the individual is unable to speak the national langue the option of someone who speaks same langue as the individual is unavailable you are left with no choice but to observe the individual reactions as the body langue does show how really feel.
Making sure your facial expression matches to the mood of the conversation friendly smile to make one feel welcome, body langue so one knows you are happy to be there to talk. If a conversation does go on for too long one may lose interest as a child will start to play up an adult may react in a way you will unsupported and in future refuse to talk to you because may not have much time at hand.
