I consider myself a hardworking, reliable and a very keen learner. As part of my school curriculum ,I had to take a fortnight off for work experience in which I applied for a work experience job at Deep dale Junior School as a ‘Teacher Assistance’. In the 2 week period, I developed many skills, such as Interpersonal, Empathetic and various types of Communication skills. Not only did I develop new skills, but I also improved on them skills as well as my leadership skills. As a teacher assistant, I helped the teacher with maths and various other subjects by simplifying a keen subject for the children to understand and grasp. I also gave Ideas to the teacher to help the children understand a certain subject by giving them techniques and skills used for teaching. This allowed me to improve my Creativity.
