Beowulf and Batman are similar because they show strength and courage fighting against evil. Both risk their lives to protect others. Batman’s allies are anyone on the right side of the law, like the Gotham City Police Department. But, his closest sidekick is known as Robin. Batman seems to struggle against evil every day because the city never stops having problems with the villains that was to create chaos. Batman, also known as Bruce Wayne, witnessed the murder of his parents when he was a child. He inherited his father’s company and he used that money to devote his life to fighting crime in Gotham City. Batman is not a person who will kill someone, no matter the circumstances. He does not possess superhuman strength like Beowulf does. He relies more on his intelligence and his technology than his force in fights. He protects the people from villains like the Joker, Bane, and Scarecrow because they are vital threats to the city. Unlike Beowulf, Batman’s identity is a secret. So, when he fights it is not for glory and the ability to boast about himself. He already has wealth and power, but he doesn't care about it. His focus is on doing good deeds. He gets no glory or personal reward from his heroism. He fights for justice and to keep innocent people safe.
