“Grant and Lee: A Study in Contrasts”, by Bruce Catton. Grant and Lee both had a big impact on American history through their differences and similarities between one another.
“Grant and Lee: A Study in Contrasts” is a comparison essay between two American generals Grant and Lee. Grant and Lee both met at the “Appomattox Court House,Virginia, on April.9,1865” (193) to end the Civil War. Both very strong and different generals from one another.
