The benefits of vegetarian diets are you have lower risk of developing high pressure,you have a really low chance of developing forms of cancer, obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.You also have lower in fat and higher in fiber. These are the following things you can develop if you eat lots of meat, you don’t get any carbohydrates you need carbohydrates cause that's what you need for energy so you wouldn’t go on with you day if you didn’t have them.
