Beowulf is “stronger than anyone anywhere in the world”, stated in the poem. The quote from the poem tells us how mighty and legendary Beowulf really is. Therefore, showing his true physical capability’s in battle. He once fought a beast like creature, known as Grendel, whom he defeated with ease. That’s truly amazing, because many men before Beowulf tried to defeat Grendel, but lots a horrible defeat. This shows how he really compares to others in those type of things.

A police officer protects the people for a living, and most police officers protect because they care for the people. Police officers feats differ from Beowulf’s, the police take people to jail who rob, steal, kill, etc. Those are federal crimes; those people may suffer years in prison. Meanwhile, Beowulf fights monster like creatures that harm villages and such. Beowulf and police officers have different feats, but they both prove worthy as a hero.
