Epic heroes: Beowulf and Annabeth Chase
An epic hero has all or most of the the following: traveled, supernatural problems and/or help, humility, a noble or special birth, strength and courage, national heroism, and is a great warrior. Beowulf is a Geat from the epic poem Beowulf, who is brave, courageous, loyal, strong, and has an abundance of self-pride. Annabeth is a demigod, from the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series and the Heroes of Olympus series, who is courageous, intelligent, brave and also has self-pride. Both of these characters share characteristics of an epic hero, like bravery, courage, and pride. Beowulf and Annabeth Chase both can be considered epic heroes, through their similarities and contrasts.
