Even though being a leader does have positives, it does not mean that they are in a higher position than the rest. They are always in learning mode, Sinek says. Everyone can be a leader, it just depends on if they have the will and want. Mark Twain’s “A Connecticut Yankee in King’s Arthur Court” points out and makes evidence of the flaws of leadership. Sinek states that courage is a very undervalued characteristic of leadership.
