Comparing Mcdonalds And Raising Canes

When picking a restaurant to go to there are always factors that go into deciding which restaurant you want to go to. If you are going with a big group of people you want a restaurant that has a vast variety of food so that nobody in your group is left out, you also want to go to a restaurant that will have tables that are big enough or that can at least make it work. When deciding on a restaurant to go to when you are alone the thought process is not the same but there are still some similar things that people think about and that is what I will speak about in this comparison paper. In this paper I will discuss and compare my experiences at McDonalds, Raising Canes, Applebee’s, and Benihana.

The lower end restaurants like McDonalds and Raising Canes where in locations that cater to their audience. McDonalds was right outside of UNLV and Raising Canes was maybe a 2 minute drive from the UNLV campus, which makes sense because they offer cheap food that is ideal for college kids with a lack of money. On the other hand we have Applebee’s which is a little higher in scale and price than McDonalds and Raising Canes and you could tell by their location. Applebee’s was not as close to campus is the other restaurants but still kind of close showing that they do not expect or cater to the college kid who need to save more money. The last restaurant is Benihana and their location defiantly shows who it is that they cater to.
