Mount Everest and Vinson Massif are alike in some ways and different in others. They are alike because they both have cold weather and not many people have successfully climbed it. One major difference between the two is the elevation. For Mount Everest it takes an average person to climb it in two months. For Vinson Massif it will take 20 days depending on the weather. What makes it really hard for people to climb Everest is the high it is. Many people that climb it usually get sick because they are not used to being so high and even worse is the higher you get the thinner the air gets too. Also what makes it hard to climb Vinson Massif is how cold it is. Many people freeze to death trying to climb it because the weather is outrageously cold.
