Although Belk’s and Target both are amazing stores to go last minute shop they are very different when it comes to job requirements when choosing a career. Belk’s is a causal and professional store more for older adults and mature people. Their job requirements are straight forward and rewarding. All associates are hired permanently and receive twenty percent discounts on merchandise including coupons and extra bonus. Also, full time benefits are available upon hire which include; health, dental, paid vacation, sick days and personal days.
