Successful conflict resolution often leads to better fiscal outcomes for healthcare organizations, and often leads to additional sources of funding. There are multiple sources of funding within healthcare organizations. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), hospital systems are funded largely by government entities such as Medicare and Medicaid (2021). In addition to private sources of funding and philanthropic groups. Conflict resolution, fiscal responsibility, and sources of funding all have direct impacts on healthcare organizations. Without sources of funding, healthcare systems would not be able to operate. Timely conflict resolution can aid in the retention of staff, satisfaction of staff and patients, and promote a positive work environment. This can lead to better allocation of money on healthcare advancements, tools, and procedures, instead of allocation on disputing conflicts. Everyone within the healthcare organization plays an instrumental role in fiscal responsibility.
