Complications are part of everyday life, as shown by Surgeon Atul Gawande, who is a surgical resident in Boston and a writer for the medicines and science. The novel, Complications A Surgeon’s Note on an Imperfect Science, a surgeon named Atul Gawande talks to us about the challenges of medicine, and how surgeons have to adapt to the environment they will be working in. For example, Gawande was not prepared for the first surgery he performed, where he had to place central line to the heart, but it took him many tries to be prepared and succeed in doing the surgery correctly. This shows Gawande had to adapt to what he was doing in order to become successful and face all the challenges.
Additionally, I enjoyed and found interest in this novel,
