Determine how compliance with the regulations and development at risk – and – quality management systems for each type of organizations overall performance management systems
The first organization is Private Duty Homecare Association; it establishes standards that provide a framework on which to build a quality private duty organization. This framework, based on standards, will ultimately contribute to consumer protection for those served by the private duty home care organizations. This is exactly what is happening within many states right now: the need to put some type of standards in place with possible regulation by the state legislation. The second organization is EMS Safety Services, Inc. According to "Ems Safety Teaching Skills for Life" (2014), some state agencies approve CPR, AED, and First Aid programs for specific uses, such as childcare providers or dentists. Other states mandate what program elements are required and do not have a formal approval process. When an approval process does exist, EMS Safety will submit the program to the appropriate agency, usually a state department or board. It’s often our Instructors who inform us about approval opportunities. Contact us with program approval questions, or if you need us to get an approval started. We can help you check the regulations and determine if an approval process exists for your need. The Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) do not approve programs. EMS Safety’s CPR, First Aid and Blood borne Pathogens training programs are OSHA-compliant and meet the regulations. The last organization is Mayo
