Confederate Mothers Memorial Park is located in Russellville, Arkansas in Pope County. It was made in honor of the mothers of Confederate Soldiers. The land for the park was donated in June 30, 1921. It was donated by Judge R. B and Mary Howell Wilson. The land that was donated was give to the United Daughters of the Confederacy. It is located at Skyline Drive and West 19th Street / South Glenwood Avenue. The park was then established on October 10, 1921. When the park was opened the opening was planned by John Homer Scott.
