Strengths
Weaknesses

1.1 Competition Strategy

Very assertive, works hard at beating others on the team, not a team player.
No cooperation, when working with others. Has no feeling of concernment and is not cooperative.

1.2 Collaborating Strategy

Works to satisfy all concerns within the group. Works well as a group to provide a win-win solution.
Situation may arise and the team/group may not be able to get problem resolved.

1.3 Compromising Strategy

By having a scheduled meeting that will take place face-to-face with their superintendents, both men are able to speak so that they can clear up any misunderstanding that they may have with one another. If both men cooperate and work together, they are able to achieve the same goals and will have a working relationship that will provide a high quality of work for both of their respective teams. Again, this would be a win-win solution with satisfactory results.

3. If the selected strategy is not successful, what is your alternate strategy? Provide your rationale for this selection. Your response should be at least 100 words.

3.1 An alternate strategy to consider if the collaboration strategy is not successful, one would consider using the compromising strategy. When using this strategy there is not a winner or a loser as the objective is for both men to have the desire accept a solution and work together to find a compromising solution. The unique characteristic of this strategy is that all parties anticipate
