Conformity is behavior in accordance of socially accepted standards. Throughout someone's teen years they feel the need to either conform or rebel. When someone conforms they just want to be like everybody else, so they will do everything in their power to become part of a cool crowd. If a teen wants to rebel they will have wild behavior or do something to stand out away from everyone else.
