“Let us cause havoc upon all these people. Let them suffer from making the wrong decision.” The constitution was created to help guide people and keep them in a more organized lifestyle. Without coming to some type of agreement between everyone the world would break out into chaos. There would be riots and arguments spread throughout town.

Keeping a more organized system to control the world is creating bases such as the three branches of government that support each other.
