INTRODUCTION

The essence of the contextual project is to deliberate on ten concepts in block 4 (education and nursing education) . There are 12 modules in this block with three sub-modules each from which the concepts will be elicited.This report will appropriately elaborate on the selected concepts through considering their significance to me, the institution where I render my services (Class Clinics & Maternity, Ikotun, Lagos State, Nigeria), their practicality to several other situations and in the present-day world in combination with up-to-date related researches as regard to the carefully chosen concepts.

They were and are still taught as individuals with focus on their individualized needs, modern-day relevance and getting them ready to face the various changes they may encounter in the future. Our home is likened to an institution that works on and with the children to fully realize their individuality and help improve the community at large. The contribution of the children are highly relevant to the subject to be taught and how it is to the taught.
Social Context
Behaviorist theorists consider that manners are molded purposely by powers or forces in the surrounding environment. Rather than by our own free will, others determine the way people behave. This is achieved through cautiously modelling required behavior, standards and material. Greenhorns are more likely to attain and recall reactions that lead to sustaining special after effects. Repetition of a significant connection leads to learning.

Constructivist tutelage is demanding to implement, and the route of becoming a constructivist educator takes a minimum of 2-3 years. This development should be initiated with an emphasis on the first norm of constructivist education which is to produce a sociomoral atmosphere of reciprocal respect that is frequently practiced.
Usefulness to the Current World
There are various educational philosophies that have been established through the years with a basic goal centered on providing learners with the finest education imaginable.
3. Group and group dynamics (M4)
A group, expressively is any assembly of individuals with a mutual goal and objective, interrelating with one another to achieve their purposes while being cognizant of other group members. Group dynamics can be premeditated in business circumstances, in lecture hall settings and in community situations. Group dynamics exists any time two or additional people network or converse together.
