Healthcare organizations move towards continuous quality improvements by gaining momentum since 1990 and incorporates the patient’s perception towards quality assessment (Al-Abri & Al-Balushi, 2014). Continuous improvement culture is defined as “all members of the organization work together on an ongoing basis improving processes and reducing errors to improve overall performance for the customer” (Fryer et al., 2007 & 2013).
