Cooper stated in the past the victim has told his CNA that Mr. Wells makes him for for his life. The reporter stated it's unknwon if the victim is not being taken care of properly, but the agency's primary concern is the medications. The reporter stated that a CNA from the agency goes to the victim's home everyday. The reporter stated since the victim was admitted to Cornor Stone, Mr. Wells has tried to convince staff and the victim to discharge early and come home. The reporter also stated that Mr. Wells has told several stories regarding the victim's medications that are inconsistent. Mr. Wells has told staff that the victim has keys to the lcok box where his meds are, he's shown up without the medication, and also told staff that he's lost the key and Mr. Rhodes has not had his medications for three days and there was no need for it. Mr. Wells has also told staff that the victim's prescriptions have not been filled but the pharmacy confirmed it had been filled. The reporter and the victim's CNA beleive Mr. Rhodes is being bullied by Mr. Wells and this is how he's taking the victim's medication.
