After doing the activity, I will always know how to keep track of my grade point average. This activity made me realize even though sometimes I feel like I am struggling with my classes, my GPA proves I am on the right track. For future reference, maybe I can help someone else calculate their GPA.
I am addicted to technology! I did not realize it was a problem until I did the activity, Chapter 4: Connect, Figure 4.1 “Are You Addicted to Technology?” (84). I scored a 50 between 46-60 points. I am always playing with my phone and sometimes I get distracted. This activity was interesting and kind of fun. A few days ago I tried to put my phone away for 1 hour. I used that time to wash my car. Doing this at least 1 hour a day has helped me get more things done.
