Music is a huge part of the world as a whole. It connects many groups of people together in one place at one time. I believe that country music allows many people of different backgrounds a way to express their feelings and storytelling. Country music is one of the most popular genres of music. So, that's why we are going to be digging into that today.

Country music was created in the 17th century. It is traced back to Europe and Africa when people migrated and brought this music to North America. They brought their folk tales and musical traditions. But the first commercial country song recorded was in the 1920s.
